Yesterday the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled that same-sex couples are entitled to the same rights as heterosexuals. CBS News
So why do I mention it here? I think that any legal obstruction that stands between two or more people loving each other (and yes marrying, living together, having sex, raising children, etc.) is a sin, so I applaud every step our society takes to move closer to acknowledging that all people have the right to love each other and define for themselves what that means and how they express it. What good is “freedom of speech” if you don’t have freedom to love?
